| 2. How long will it take to get my order? |
TotalRecognition.com offers all convenient shipping methods. Most orders which have products that we produce in-house will be shipped within 3-10 business days.Orders for products produced by our manufacturors such as promotional products and apparel may take up to 14 business days to ship.If you have a specific time frame for delivery, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will try our best to meet your requirements. UPS is our preferred method of shipment but we can ship by any carrier you wish in addition to using your shipping number and information to allow your carrier to bill you directly. This allows you to take advantage of pre-arranged discounts with your carrier.
Note: The following delivery dates are in addition to the normal production time agreed upon by Total Recognition and you the client.

| 3. What are my shipping fees? |
Shipping fees are automatically and accurately calculated by the cart during the checkout process. The fees are based upon the total weight of the products being purchased, the preferred shipping method and the destination of the shipment.
Click on “Estimated Shipping Charges” on the Shopping Cart page after placing the items in the Shopping Cart. Simply enter the State and Zip Code of the shipping destination to have the costs calculated for you. Please understand that personalized items cannot be accepted for return. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping fees are not refundable and all returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. |
